Have you ever considered how much we spend on insuring what we deem most valuable (like our house and car) yet tend to allocate the least amount of time and resources to our mental and emotional wellbeing. Why is that?

Maybe it's because we think we can suck it up and keep pushing through. Maybe it's because we think we're weak if we ask for support. Maybe it's because we don't know what we don't know and wrongly think of therapy as a waste of time and money...

In the end, if you're waking up most days feeling "blah" and thinking, "there's got to be more than this," than it's time for therapy.
